Child Abuse Reporting
Penal Code section 11166 et seq. requires all child care custodians, including administrators, teachers and counselors to report cases of suspected child abuse. Failure to report suspected child abuse is a misdemeanor, however, no child care custodian who reports a known or suspected instance of child abuse shall be civilly or criminally liable for any report required or authorized by the Penal Code. Please refer to Child Abuse Neglect and Reporting Act for a full description of reporting requirements.

Sexual Assault
Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â´«Ã½ is committed to providing a safe environment for its students, faculty, and staff. The Los Angeles Community College District (Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â´«Ã½) Board of Trustees condemns any act of sexual assault committed on any of its facilities. In the event of sexual assault committed on grounds o
